Event Spaces
An integral part of the Indianapolis community, the Madam Walker Legacy Center is dedicated to preserving the legacy of Madam CJ Walker by providing cultural education, promoting social justice, supporting entrepreneurship and empowering youth to become the next generation of entreprenuers and civic leaders. As the last surviving iconic building on Indiana Avenue, the Madam Walker Legacy Center is a significant piece of the nation’s history and is listed on the register of National Historic Landmarks.
In 2020, the Center completed a major historical renovation updating and modernizing the entire facility. As such the Center offers the following event spaces.
